Celebrate the most romantic day of the year with your loved one at Bistro Guillaume Sydney. We’ve designed a six-course menu for you to fall in love with on February 14, starting with a glass of Champagne on arrival, for $150 per person. Reservations are essential.

Valentine’s Day menu

Tuna tartare, oyster cream and espelette potato crackers
Salad of summer vegetables, crisp quail egg and pancetta
Seared Atlantic salmon, heirloom tomatoes, lemon verbena and shellfish oil
Duck a l’Orange
Rose-scented vanilla cream, lychee and rosemary
Chocolate soufflé with cherry ripple ice-cream

Oeuf en cocotte et salmon fumé


Salad of new season baby vegetables, parmesan cream and duck ham

Main Course

Potato gnocchi, braised fennel and housemade ricotta


Confit Barossa Valley chicken leg, sauce Basquaise and kipfler potatoes

Crème caramel with apricot granita or cheese of the day
