Bistro Guillaume is celebrating Father’s Day on Saturday evening on the 31st of August with a special 3 course menu :

$95 per person

Entree

Smoked pork hock terrine, pickled shallot salad, grilled sourdough

or

Snapper ceviche, avocado cream, finger lime vinaigrette

 

Main

Chicken ballotine, wild mushrooms, spring greens and Paris mash

or

King Trout, courgette flowers, new season peas, lemon and basil

 

Dessert

Chocolate pavé, vanilla Chantilly and fresh figs

or

Caramelised pear soufflé with vanilla bean ice cream

 Selection of French and Australian cheeses, condiments and crackers (supplement of $20)

Every day from 11.45am until 7pm, we will spoil our guests with a two and three course menu at $38 and $45
