MELBOURNE CUP DAY AT BISTRO GUILLAUME

Melbourne Cup is only a few weeks away. Have you planned your day yet? Join us for race day at Bistro Guillaume. We’re offering a superb three-course menu for $75 and will be pouring Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut at a very special Cup Day price of $80 a bottle. There’ll be televisions on site so you can watch the race live. Bookings essential.

ENTREE
Crystal Bay prawns, endive, mango and cos lettuce
or
Crispy pork belly, macadamia cream, broccoli and pork jus
MAIN
Roasted hapuka, globe artichoke, white beans, almonds and lemon
or
Beef bavette, salsa verde, spinach, crisp potato galette
DESSERT
Valrhona chocolate soufflé, cherry and vanilla bean ice cream
or
Selection of cheese with condiments

$75 per person (excluding drinks)

Bistro Guillaume is offering a 2 course menu for $50 or 3 course menu for $65

Available :

Lunch – Monday to Friday

Dinner – Monday to Sunday from 5pm until 6.30pm

Pork hock terrine, cornichon and frisée salad, grilled sourdough

Tart of baby beetroots, horseradish, goats cheese and balsamic

Main Course

Roasted Atlantic salmon, courgette, pickled lemon and basil velouté

Rangers Valley beef Bavette, cafe de Paris butter and French fries

Dessert

Rum baba with crème Chantilly
