BISTRO GUILLAUME SYDNEY TURNS ONE

What better way to celebrate an anniversary than by throwing a party? Join us for our first birthday dinner on Wednesday October 11. For one night only we’re reviving some favourite Guillaume Brahimi dishes and serving them alongside our Bistro Guillaume classics. The five-course menu is $100 or $150 with matching wines. Reservations essential.

Chicken, pistachio and tarragon terrine
Kingfish tartare, sauce gribiche, pomme gaufrettes
Confit of ocean trout, clams and basil
Flinders Island lamb rack, garlic, peas and black olive
Rum baba, citrus and whipped cream

$100 per person ($150 with matching wines)

 

MELBOURNE CUP DAY AT BISTRO GUILLAUME

Melbourne Cup is only a few weeks away. Have you planned your day yet? Join us for race day at Bistro Guillaume. We’re offering a superb three-course menu for $75 and will be pouring Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut at a very special Cup Day price of $80 a bottle. There’ll be televisions on site so you can watch the race live. Bookings essential.

$75 per person (excluding drinks)

Bistro Guillaume is offering a 2 course menu for $50 or 3 course menu for $65

Lunch – Monday to Friday

Dinner – Monday to Sunday from 5pm until 6.30pm
