Dear friends,

With the coronavirus continuing to spread across the world, Bistro Guillaume Sydney has made a difficult but necessary decision.

The Bistro will close temporarily after dinner service on Saturday 21 March. We encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter via our website to ensure you will be the first to know when we re-open.

For now, the Bakery will still open from Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4pm and we hope to see you there.

Like many of you in this current climate, we have been unable to keep our business viable enough to remain open as much as we hoped we could.

We send our very best wishes to you all at this time. May you and your loved ones be safe and healthy, calm and kind.
